“Gab and Dad” was born of two loves: family and film. Dad started taking Gab to movies at an early age… Not to date them, but let’s just say some of these early titles included “Starman” and “The Wrath of Khan”! In those days [in Canada] the national anthem played before the feature, and patrons could smoke in the theater!

History played out that Dad and Gab continued to love seeing movies together, even as Gab became a parent herself…. They always found themselves in lively discourse after a viewing, and one day Dad proclaimed “we should share our wisdom with the world!” Thus, the YouTube film review show “Gab and Dad” was born.

In keeping with the familial passion, Gab soon incorporated son Max (now age 9) into the proceedings. Surely newborn sister Rosie will soon follow.

Meanwhile, Gab continues pursuing a career in media, and Dad works on his first novel. They reside in Toronto, Canada.
