Daniel Rester is an aspiring professional film critic from Southern Oregon. He is also a co-administrator for Welivefilm.com. Daniel started to become obsessed with film at the age of twelve, after he saw Pulp Fiction for the first time. Since then, he has become highly involved with making videos about film and writing film reviews.

Throughout high school, he worked with his school’s video production team and wrote short reviews for Myspace and Facebook. After high school, he attended Rogue Community College from 2010 to 2012. While going there, he often wrote film reviews for the school newspaper. This was also about the time that he came across Welivefilm (as Scott and Matt launched it only a short time before (in early 2012)). In June 2012, he graduated with a two-year degree from Rogue Community College. He now attends Southern Oregon University, majoring in Communications — with an emphasis on film and journalism.

After college, Daniel would like to spread the word about films, both past and present, through TV, radio, websites, and newspapers. We Live Film is proud to have Daniel Rester as a co-administrator and film critic for the site!
